Where?: Queen Margaret's School for Girls, York

Our camp has expert coaching, using state of the art facilities in a stunning rural location in York, North Yorkshire. All camps are suitable for athletes training for single discipline sports, sprint, Olympic and 70.3 triathlon distances.

​

​You'll get in all the training and recovery you need... along side plenty of fun and relaxation! The camp will be limited to a set number of athletes to ensure an excellent coach to athlete ratio.

What's Included?:

• 2 nights of accommodation

• Full 3 day schedule of triathlon training sessions

  • A range of outdoor running and cycling in the stunning rural lanes

  • Coached cycling sessions to improve your cycling power, speed and efficiency!

  • Coached run sessions to improve your form, technique and pace

• Exclusive use of the indoor swimming pool and fully coached sessions

• Video analysis and technique/stroke improvement for swimming

• Coach-led brick sessions in this lovely location

• Strength & Conditioning sessions

• Yoga Sessions

• 3 meals a day will be provided at the college 

• Exclusive Coaching at the nearby lake at Pool Bridge Farm (with post Sauna relaxation!)
